According to broadcast insiders, the TVING original reality series ‘Transit Love Season 3’ has recently completed filming in Jeju Island and has entered the final stages of production for broadcasting.
Due to the huge popularity of the previous season, there was a lot of interest in the filming of Season 3. However, the production team is said to have successfully completed the filming while maintaining strict security to avoid any leaks or spoilers.
‘Transit Love’ is a dating reality program that watches former couples decide whether to reunite with their ex-partners or meet someone new. It has captured engaging episodes with participants who have experienced ordinary love and breakup, depicting the exciting moments of meeting new people and the subtle emotions faced when encountering an ex-partner, thereby gaining responses from both Season 1 and 2.
In particular, ‘Transit Love Season 2’, which was released in July 2022, boasted popularity surpassing Season 1 by ranking first in various buzz-worthy charts, including the highest cumulative number of paid subscribers for TVING original content, and the highest weekly viewing UV (Unique Viewers) on TVING. Especially, the live-streamed final episode achieved a real-time viewing rate of 97~98% within the TVING app, proving the high interest of viewers.
While both Season 1 and Season 2 were filmed in the first half of the year and released in the second half, Season 3 started filming later in the year to present an upgraded version, hence the release date has been postponed. As a result, the series fans have been waiting for a long time, but they are determined to satisfy the viewers’ hearts with more exciting episodes and interesting composition.
‘Transit Love Season 3’ is aiming for a release within this year, with discussions underway for its first premiere on TVING this coming December.
