These options are the same video at different quality levels. The number is the resolution; “Premium” means the same resolution but with a higher bitrate (less compression). Higher bitrate = sharper picture but larger file size.

• 720p — HD. Good quality with smaller files and quicker downloads; ideal for phones/tablets or slower internet.

• 480p — Standard Definition. Smallest files and fastest downloads; soft on large screens but most data-friendly.
