These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cherry Blossom Romance (“CBR,” the “Service,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including all pages, features, community tools, and content we provide.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) About the Use

Cherry Blossom Romance is a community-driven index for reality and variety shows, which may include show pages, profiles, articles, metadata, and user contributions. Some parts of the Service may allow users to register accounts, post content, or edit database entries.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and that they have reviewed these Terms.

3) Accounts, Security, and Responsibility

We may remove content and restrict accounts at our discretion to protect the community and the Service.

6) User Content and Contributions

6.1 You keep ownership, but you grant us a license

You keep ownership of your User Content. However, by posting or submitting User Content, you grant Cherry Blossom Romance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting, moderation, and display), publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

This includes making your contributions visible to other users and maintaining historical versions of contributions where relevant (for example, edit histories), if applicable to your features.

6.2 You are responsible for what you submit

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the rights to submit the User Content.

• Your User Content does not violate any law or third party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.).

• Your User Content complies with these Terms.

6.3 Moderation and removal

We may (but are not required to) review, remove, edit, or refuse to publish User Content at any time for any reason, including policy enforcement, safety, legal compliance, and quality control.

You understand that other users may copy, quote, screenshot, or share content you post. Please avoid posting information you consider private.

7) Content Accuracy and Editorial Control

Cherry Blossom Romance may include community-edited information. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or up to date.

We may change, remove, or reclassify content, metadata, pages, or entries at any time.

8) Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, the Service and all other content, including site design, branding, original text, and software, are owned by or licensed to Cherry Blossom Romance and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except as allowed by law or clearly permitted by the Service’s functionality.

9) Copyright and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid infringement notices.

9.1 Submitting a notice

Include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.

2. The URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing material on CBR.

3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).

4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

9.2 Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. We may restore content where appropriate and legally permitted.

9.3 Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

10) Third-Party Links and External Sites

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or actions.

Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and those third parties. Use them at your own risk.

11) Ads, Sponsorships, and Donations

Cherry Blossom Romance may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotions.

Cherry Blossom Romance may also offer donation or supporter features. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.

12) Feedback

If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you agree we may use it without restriction or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherry Blossom Romance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cherry Blossom Romance and its operators from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Service,

• your violation of these Terms,

• your violation of any law or third party rights.

16) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and users.

Upon termination, sections that should naturally survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do.

By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
