Paik Jong Won’s global restaurant mission continues as he and his team are sent to another unfamiliar country, this time France, where expectations are high in the home of fine dining. Actor Yoon Si Yoon, known as the “Baking King,” joins the cast and quickly clicks with the returning members as they work to launch and run a new restaurant from the ground up. With language barriers and a different dining culture to navigate, the team makes daring choices. They offer a Korean style steak served as a single course instead of a traditional multi course meal, and they introduce alcohol fermented bread in a country famous for baguettes. The question is whether their ideas and tactics can win over picky French diners.
