Netflix has officially confirmed that Single’s Inferno is coming back for Season 6, announcing that the next season is confirmed for production. The confirmation was shared on February 12, 2026, alongside a teaser-style image/poster that signaled the show’s return.
According to Soompi, the producing directors (PDs) Kim Jae-won, Kim Jeong-hyun, and Park Su-ji said they’re returning because of continued fan support and that they plan to listen closely to viewer feedback and come back “even hotter,” raising expectations for how the format and casting might evolve.
What isn’t confirmed yet: a release date. Korea JoongAng Daily reports that the premiere timing has not been set, meaning fans will likely need to wait for a later announcement on the schedule (and, eventually, the new cast lineup)
Season 6’s renewal also underlines how durable the franchise has become. SBS Star notes the series’ steady global momentum across seasons and the growing anticipation heading into the next installment.
