The highly anticipated spinoff of the popular dating program Transit Love, titled Transit Love: Another Beginning (also known as EXchange New Beginning), is set to premiere on January 22, 2025. This new program will explore the lives of past contestants, now more mature, as they reunite for a fresh start, creating a comprehensive Transit Love universe.
Ahead of Transit Love 4, this spinoff introduces a narrative connecting the past, present, and future of the show’s world. The teaser poster features symbolic objects such as tickets, message cards, and tangled threads of fate, all iconic elements of Transit Love, heightening excitement.

Returning as MCs are Lee Yong-jin, Yura, and Kim Ye-won, who previously anchored seasons 1, 2, and 3. Early released stills show the trio passionately discussing potential developments during Transit Love: Another Beginning, sparking curiosity about the unfolding journey.
One of the hottest topics is the spinoff’s cast. The three MCs are set to share their favorite contestants from past seasons they’d like to see again, adding to the speculation. While Lee Yong-jin predicts the return of contestants who didn’t form couples, Yura focuses on the possibility of new faces and wildcard participants, piquing interest in who will turn out to be right.
TVING previously revealed that the spinoff will follow several contestants from seasons 1, 2, and 3 as they embark on a new journey together. From Transit Love Season 1, contestants such as Go Min-young, Sun Ho-min, Kim Bo-hyun, Lee Coco, Yoon Jung-kwon, Lee Joo-hwi, Kwak Min-jae, Lee Hye-sun, Jung Hye-im, and Lee Sang-woo participated.
Season 2 featured Jung Hyun-kyu, Sung Hae-eun, Lee Na-yeon, Nam Hee-doo, Park Na-eon, Jung Kyu-min, Kim Tae-ying, Lee Ji-yeon, Kim Ji-soo, and Park Won-bin.

The confirmed cast for Transit Love: Another Beginning has yet to be announced. Furthermore, it remains unclear whether the real-life couples (“Hyun-ker”) from previous seasons—such as Go Min-young & Lee Joo-hwi, Jung Hyun-kyu & Sung Hae-eun, Lee Na-yeon & Nam Hee-doo, Song Da-hye & Seo Dong-jin, Lee Yoo-jung & Choi Chang-jin, Gong Sang-jung & Seo Min-hyung, and Lee Joo-won & Lee Seo-kyung—will return.
A TVING representative shared, “The idea for this spinoff came from wondering what it would be like if the contestants, who evoked empathy by showing their honest selves between old relationships and new connections, gathered again. We hope viewers will look forward to the new stories that will unfold in a fresh location.”
Meanwhile, excitement for Transit Love 4 is also building, with viewers eagerly anticipating the narratives that will unfold between X and NEW, and what emotional resonance they will bring.
